Bashville Events is an event planning company in Nashville, TN. Specializing in bachelorette parties, Bashville Events also plans events for celebrations, entertainment, holidays and themed parties. Cityscape Creative worked very closely with Bashville Events to establish the brand identity. With the goal of designing a logo that both incorporates the personality of the business while demonstrating a balance of the professional feel across the event industry to the desired demographics, Bashville Events said, "Yes, it does not hold me to one demographic, I can use all events–not just one specific target market!'
Cityscape Creative developed the typography in which the capital "B" and "Events" was digitally created to make this brand unique while communicating Bashville Events' vision and purpose, "to create a fun, memorable experience for the client." The serif font used in "Bashville" really brings about the southern feel of the city of Nashville, TN, visually without being overtly country. The style and color chosen for "Events" evokes the fun-filled aspect of night time events with a hint of Miami neon signage.
A digital abstract chandelier illustration adding dimension and bubbly champagne glasses illustration were created to play up the night time event celebration theme for the front of the business card with Bashville Events' slogan "Just BE." The back featured a bachelorette party photo taken in Nashville with the Bashville Events phrase "Play, Party, Pamper."
The updated back of the business card reflects a more general event organizing connotation widening the arena for planning many different kinds of events with an emphasis on being connected on social media and includes the new Bashville Events phrase, "Hosting fun-filled parties to create lasting memories."
For Bashville Events packages, digital illustrations of cowgirl hat, camera and spa robe icons were created symbolizing each of the packages offered. Cityscape Creative worked in collaboration with Bashville Events to decide what icons would best describe the packages. These icons were constructed with typography utilizing the "B" from the Bashville Events logo further branding with the same look and feel, as well as incorporating a similar font for the "N" and "L" in the package names.
Additional services icons were created digitally to illustrate what exciting extras could be added on to any of the packages. These services include room decorations (balloons with "Bride to BE"), champagne (bubbly champagne glasses), Nashville welcome kit (basket with water, snacks, chocolate), beauty kit (makeup case with nail polish and lipstick), limousine rental (limousine), and a photo shoot (rounded square with palm tree on an island in the sunshine).

Designed with the focus primarily on bachelorette parties, the website originally contained a top navigation menu with the sub under "About" featuring "Bio," "Gallery" with a slide show of event photographs, "Reviews," and "Blog." The highlight of the navigation featured "Packages" promoting the packages page where clients could see all the packages available, read descriptions about each package and easily schedule a free consultation to plan events. Cityscape Creative worked closely with Bashville Events to arrange the web content consistently with business goals and business model at the time.
With the website material arranged on a content management system and with business models evolving, Bashville Events continues to easily maintain the website, but has expanded the content to include four categories of events, without the main emphasis on bachelorette parties, but including celebrations, entertainment, holidays and themed parties.
